In business development brand management, corporate image and initiatives are one of the most important assets. Such assets need to become part of an idea and ideal of the corporate line of business that each company carries in its values, purpose and mission. Sometimes is confusing and blurry the way to set up a business; but there certain paths that one must understand before doing any business. There must be a logotype, a trademark registered in the US trademark offices and also one must incorporate our business into an LLC, .inc, C Corporation, S Corporation.
