The franchise development model has stopped in the last two decades, it has lost the momentum that was generated at the end of the 20th century with the opening of most economies to investment.
Valqus Consulting has developed a franchise model which involves the local development of product and service providers. To achieve this model, it is necessary to have consultants in each city who develop the brands hand in hand with strategic partners for the franchises, such as lawyers in terms of intellectual property and contracts; with construction firms for the development of infrastructure for the different franchises.
