Innovation | Business Development


One of our purposes as business developers is to promote the creation of R&D Departments and initiatives for each company no matter the size; for that matter it is our duty to share information and to create systems that may enable rapid development of trainings and techniques to fulfill this purpose. 

The R&D Department and Initiatives is the main manager of all product and services development; a procurer of serving the purposes of improvement and diversification of the line of business and joining in ventures with other companies to create joint solutions to common challenges. 

Such innovations may be addressed by joint efforts from the Operational Excellence and R&D Department following continuous improvement and lean initiatives to create an innovation friendly working environment. With such initiatives innovation will be untapped if implemented correctly and audited so that democracy of ideas comes to a standard that may be used companywide. 

Fortunately "savings initiatives" brings more innovation that thinking in innovating itself; and for that matter having this kind of initiatives combined with continuous improvement is essential to have success. 

R&D is this centuries most valuable economic and business development tool. Embrace innovation.

Una nueva democracia

Las últimas elecciones me causaron mucha angustia con todo lo que paso; sobretodo con el caso de la coacción del voto por todos los partidos; ahí se repartieron culpas; pero no perdió quien fue justo; sino quien menos capital aportó a esa corrupción del sistema democrático.  Necesitamos una nueva democracia; una democracia reforzada por la ciudadanía, son nuestras elecciones; es a quienes depositamos el liderazgo de la sociedad y a quienes ponemos nuestros recursos no para expandir sus riquezas personales; sino para que juntos ellos y nosotros encontremos soluciones para mejorar a nuestro país.
