Diversifying the Local Industry

This century will see the rise of local industry with global values and attributes. Business Development companies must prepare for this challenges and embrace innovation and local integration of technology.

The capitals of each country will decline to see a more democratic and decentralized economics; and politics will need to follow those changes in order to maintain national unity and growth.

The United States is a setting example of this model and diversification of local industry is high in the major cities; still we have much to do for the sustaining of this ideals to untap the potential of cities like San Diego with its integration with Tijuana and both as thriving economic poles of both the US and Mexico. This region has a key potential to get into the hispanic and latin american market and export this model of partnerships to all of the Americas.

Going back to diversification each city must have a policy of economic and business development. Such policy would embrace concepts as to telecommunications, media, entertainment, local raw material processing and reuse, manufacturing, commercial, logistics, fashion, construction, research and all the industries that could be developed in a city.

Of Course there will be certain industries that cannot be part of every city; for this reason we must address self sufficiency and understand that research and development could give us the opportunity to create products and services that can tackle the challenges of self sufficiency.

To provide such services we must enable crowdfunding, innovation, professional diversity focused on entrepreneurship and R&D, high tech incubators, industry focused services, marketing strategists, joint ventures and financial firms local branches or financial local firms.

We still have many thing to do but knowing what we need to do is a key element in finding the solutions for the near future in business development and economic growth.

Franchise model and Industrial development.  by Rodrigo Sandoval Valdés   Franchises Group.  The franchise development model has stopped in the last two decades, it has lost the momentum that was generated at the end of the 20th century with the opening of most economies to investment.  Valqus Consulting has developed a franchise model which involves the local development of product and service providers. To achieve this model, it is necessary to have consultants in each city who develop the brands hand in hand with strategic partners for the franchises, such as lawyers in terms of intellectual property and contracts; with construction firms for the development of infrastructure for the different franchises. Likewise, with the development of multiple professions that provide services to franchises, such as the development of information technologies for administration (ERP, CRM, etc.), engineers from different branches for the air conditioning of premises, automati...
